Mourjan Marinas IGY renews Dubai contract

Mourjan Marinas IGY has renewed its long-term partnership agreement with Dubai Festival City to continue managing Festival Marina for another three years.
Located in the heart of Dubai Festival City, Festival Marina offers 74 permanent berths for motoryachts from 15m-35m (49ft-115ft) and another 24 quayside berths with short or long-term options. The marina's 250m (820ft) diameter basin is surrounded by fine dining, shopping and five-star accommodation.
Under the terms of the agreement, Mourjan will continue to offer its design, engineering, management and marketing expertise to the owners of Festival Marina, which first opened for business in 2007. The company is also offering new rates and trial offers.
Mourjan Marinas IGY was formed last year as the result of a strategic partnership between Island Global Yachting (IGY) and Malta-based corporation G-Marin. The company's aim is to drive the growth of marina development throughout the Middle East.
