Campion Marine to hold dealer meeting
By IBI Magazine
Canadian sportsboat manufacturer Campion Marine is to hold a dealer conference on August 30-31 to introduce its 2010 model year boats and to celebrate as it enters its 36th year of boatbuilding.
Campion, a family owned business based in Kelowna, BC, recently added a new line of Wake and Surf tow boats, branded as SVFARA, to its line of CHASE high performance boats, EXPLORER sporty utility boats and ALLANTE runabouts and cruisers — despite the tough economic climate.
"Times have been tough but we have not sat idle," says Brock Elliott, Campion's general manager. "Because of our financial strength, cautious approach to doing business and a focused commitment to quality for so many years, we have been able to take advantage of some of the fallout from our competitors.
"Our dealer base has continued to grow nicely over the past year as we have managed to add new dealers both domestically and from around the globe," he adds. "It is time to bring everyone together and get prepared for a turn around in our industry."
Campion has also sourced a new floorplan financier and is anxious to have its dealers from the US and overseas come to meet with this export lender. The company's dealer meeting will be held at the Delta Grand Okanagan Resort on Lake Okanagan in Kelowna, BC, Canada. New dealers are welcome to attend.
