Furrion opens new distribution centre

Furrion, a US manufacturer of shore power products, has established a 24,000sq ft distribution centre in Elkhart, Indiana. The new facility will be managed by Future Sales Inc, which has more than 30 years' experience in warehousing, inventory control and logistics management.
"Elkhart is well served by major highways and rail lines," says Furrion North America sales manager Mark Curry. "Thirty national trucking firms serve the city, positioning Furrion to quickly and cost-effectively serve our boatbuilding and aftermarket customers throughout the US and Canada."
Headquartered in Beaverton, Oregon, Furrion manufactures shore power products such as cordsets, cables, adapters, plugs and inlets for OEM manufacturers and the general boating, recreational, commercial and industrial markets worldwide.
